We would like to warn the public that there has been an increase in the supply of “COUNTERFEIT RICOH TONERS” in the market. It is now difficult to tell the difference as their packing and appearance are very similar to original ones.

Several of our customers who have used these fake toners has experience the following problems.

1. Poor quality print outs
2. Lower number of copies yield
3. Higher toner waste residue causes more breakdowns and need more maintenance.
4. Higher wear and tear on the spare parts
5. In some cases, it caused irreversible damage on the drum and other expensive parts on first time users.
